01/09 - Parent Teacher Conferences

MASSA will be holding parent teacher conferences on Wednesday, January 11 and Thursday, January 12 starting at 3:15. This is a great opportunity for parents to meet with their child's teacher and discuss their progress. A conference can be scheduled by contacting the front office.

12/06 - Winter Recital

Please join us at MASSA for our Winter Recital on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.

10/14 - Congratulations MASSA

Congratulations MASSA students, parents, board, and community members! Due to all of your extraordinary efforts, over the last 3 years, we have experienced over a 400% increase in our student population. Despite our growing pains, this year MASSA has been awarded a "B" rating by the Arizona Department of Education! We are one of a few "B" schools in the 85706 area to receive this prestigious rating.

10/04 - National Day of Writing

October 20 is National Day of Writing. MASSA encourages you to put your writing skills to practice. The date signifies the third- annual National Day of Writing. You can participate by writing a letter, an email, making a grocery list, or begin that short story you have been meaning to write. Share what you wrote with your child. Talk about how you use writing in your life to communicate or enhance messages.

08/31 - September 5- Labor Day

The school will be closed on Monday, September 5 in observance of Labor Day.
